As we offer digital goods in the form of eBooks, we do not offer a return or exchange of items once the purchase is completed and the product is delivered electronically. This policy is in place due to the digital nature of our products and the irreversible process of digital delivery.
Refund Policy
Given the digital format of our eBooks and the instant access provided upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. As such, we may offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery of the Product: In cases where the eBook is not delivered electronically to your account due to technical issues on our end, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer you a refund.
- Download Issues: If you have problems downloading the eBook, access issues, or receive an error during the download that prevents you from accessing the eBook, please contact us immediately. We will address the issue, and if we cannot provide a viable solution, a refund may be granted.
- Major Defects: Although all the eBooks are thoroughly checked before release, unexpected errors can occur. Such cases will be handled on an individual basis. In instances where a defect in the eBook prevents you from accessing or utilizing it, we may offer a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available.
